The Sandretto Re Rebaudengo Foundation in Turin has its roots in the Sandretto Re Rebaudengo Collection .

Launched in 1992, built through dialogue with artists, the Sandretto Re Rebaudengo Collection is an exemplary constellation of works and reflects the plurality of research of recent decades. Since 1995, the Sandretto Re Rebaudengo Foundation has supported young Italian and foreign artists, with particular attention to the commissioning and production of new works, and promoted contemporary art with the aim of bringing an ever wider audience closer to it.

For over twenty years the Sandretto Re Rebaudengo Foundation has been committed to contemporary art and culture. Among the first private foundations opened in Italy, it is an observatory on the artistic trends and cultural languages of the present, at the crossroads of art, music, dance, literature and design.

The Sandretto Re Rebaudengo Foundation is a space for reflection which, thanks to the works, gives visibility to art and its links with the most current issues such as globalisation, ecology, work and new technologies.

To date, the Foundation is an internationally recognized exhibition center.
