Dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Constitution, the installation connects artistic creativity with architectural design, giving unique shape to an essential value of our culture and a powerful universal message of hope.

Starting from here, Emilio Isgrò interprets the theme of the Constitution through a revisitation of the biblical tables of the Ten Commandments, leaving only the fifth legible: do not kill. A message of peace in times of war, the text is symbolically translated into eleven languages, transcribed and carved on pairs of stone tablets from Sinai. The tables are in turn contained in a circular space, made of fine wood, designed by Mario Botta. Integrated into the structure of the pavilion they become a unicum in which art and architecture resonate.
