The Civic Museums of Imola are an urban network of three museums: the Museum of San Domenico , which houses the Art Collections of the City and the Giuseppe Scarabelli Naturalistic Museum. Work is underway to open the third museum, dedicated to archeology; Palazzo Tozzoni, a museum house where the sense of living of the Tozzoni family, of which it was home for five centuries, remains intact and finally the Rocca Sforzesca , a perfect military architectural device of medieval foundation but with fully Renaissance renovations and adjustments.
