The exhibition Another fashion. Shades and meanings that make every detail of life precious , scheduled at the Museo delle Mura from 8 July to 6 August, intends to highlight, through photography, the many garments and accessories adopted by the fashion world and then assimilated in daily life, attempting, at the same time, to subvert their common sense to discover their deeper meanings, often unknown. The author of this journey through the history of fashion and some of its symbolic objects is Raimondo Rossi , aka Ray Morrison , an artist and fashion photographer who is very active in the United States and has recently won the Inspired by you award in Hollywood.

In addition to enhancing the individuality that emerges from the looks of the models, Rossi's rich reportage invites the visitor to have a respectful and conscious approach towards the world of fashion, to analyze the image and to reflect on every single detail present in the field. Not only to understand the symbolic value of objects now considered commonly used but also to overcome the stereotypes that the fashion world has built around them for decades. This is how behind the image of lips decorated with lipstick or the shot of a boy wearing a hooded sweatshirt, there are actually long paths and social processes through which those objects have walked. Winding journeys made up of cultural battles and difficult historical moments, often linked to stories of discrimination or the life of "heroes" of the past who linked their image to those objects.
