The Bottari Lattes Foundation was born in 2009 from the will of Caterina Bottari Lattes. Its purpose is the promotion of art and culture and the expansion of knowledge of the name of Mario Lattes, in his multifaceted activity as a painter, writer, editor and promoter of cultural proposals. It supports study and research initiatives and projects in the cultural field, managing them directly or in collaboration with other national and international bodies or institutions. Among the main activities: the Bottari Lattes Grinzane international literary prize, art and photography exhibitions, the Vivolibro project for children and teenagers, concerts and conferences.

President is Adolfo Ivaldi, vice-president is Caterina Bottari Lattes.

The main office of the Bottari Lattes Foundation is in Monforte d'Alba , where the “Mario Lattes” Pinacoteca Library is also located, while in Turin there is the Spazio Don Chisciotte gallery.
