Located on the northern limits of the ancient city, the building was constructed of squared blocks of ashlar limestone. It has two orders of arches, of which the lower order and some arches corresponding to the upper gallery remain standing. Remains of opera reticulatum are present in the corridors of the Vomitatories. The cavea is divided into four wedges and the bands in which the steps were not present probably housed wooden stairs.

During the consolidation works, the remains of ancient walls belonging to a very large Roman domus were discovered. The domus, occupied by the farmhouse, has an atrium, tablinum, kitchen, latrine and cocciopesto and mosaic floors. Inside the tablinum there is a mosaic flooring with black and white geometric decoration, of which only a few fragments remain, and in the center a tondo (emblem) with the polychrome depiction of Scylla in opus vermiculatum.
