On the occasion of the traditional Japanese festival Hinamatsuri , the E. Chiossone Museum of Oriental Art offers a rich calendar of cultural activities throughout the month of March.
Hinamatsur i is one of the five traditional seasonal holidays called Gosekku and it falls on the 3rd of March. The protagonists of this party are the girls, who wish happiness and good health and decorate the house with the precious dolls dedicated to this event, the hina ningyō.

Within the museum itinerary, a thematic exhibition is exhibited with some prints by illustrious ukiyoe artists and the precious altar of hinadan miniature dolls, with silver furnishings from the Edo period.
