The Saxophone Museum is a museum recognized and accredited in the OMR of Lazio and the only one, on the international scene, dedicated to this instrument. Born from the love, experience and meticulous collection carried out in over 30 years of research by the musician, collector and teacher Attilio Berni, the Museum houses a collection of hundreds of precious specimens to give shape to history, dreams and passions that have always been " blow” into the most fascinating of musical instruments.

From the very small 32cm soprillo to the gigantic 2m double bass, from the Grafton Plastic to the instruments of the inventor Adolphe Sax, from the legendary Conn O-Sax to Rudy Wiedoeft's Selmer CMelody, from the Jazzophone, sax-trumpet with double bell, to the grandiose Conn Artist De Luxe, from the drawstring saxes to the Bottali saxorusophones, from the mammoth J'Elle Stainer sub-double bass, the largest sax in the world, to the Mahue "cavalry" tenor saxophone, from the instruments belonging to the inventor Adolphe Sax to those of Sonny Rollins, Tex Beneke, Ralph James, Marcel Mule, Jan Garbarek, Gil Ventura, Benny Goodman, Aurelio Magnani.

An exhibition of astonishing instruments to unravel the countless metamorphoses of the saxophone and a direct encounter with the great masterpieces of the Conn, Selmer, King, Buescher, Martin, Buffet Crampon, Rampone, Borgani, Couesnon factories, following a union between art and craftsmanship , creativity and tradition that from the workshop of the inventor Adolphe Sax reaches today: this, and much more, in an authentic space of "saxy" musical culture which also hosts exhibition and restaurant spaces, guided tours, auditions with the instruments of great musicians of the past, music courses, masterclasses, conferences, exhibitions, multimedia installations and, of course, many concerts.
