Palazzo del Monferrato, located in the heart of Alessandria, is a multifunctional exhibition center intended to promote the combination of "art and territory" of the province through exhibitions, initiatives to enhance local productions and artistic-cultural events. The historic building, designed by the Turin architect Giovanni Chevalley (Siena, 1868 - Turin, 1954), housed the offices of the Alessandria Chamber of Commerce from 1932 to 2001. The building, with a total usable area of approximately 1,900 m 2 , is structured on four floors, the top of which is the Buvette, where it is possible to host collateral events to initiatives already present or planned in the building. Inside is the AcdB Museum - Alessandria city of bicycles, a tribute to the primary role that the city and the province of Alessandria have been able to play for a long fifty years, in the heroic age of cycling.
